I only had one positive experience coming to the 1200 Aqua! I absolutely love it! This gated and secure community is beautifully landscaped and very peaceful and quiet. The other residents I met are really friendly and kind. The facilities surpass anything I have experienced. They even have a car wash! The staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. I have lived in over 10 different high rises over 15 years and never had such an experience with a property manager before I came in. The property manager is very disorganized and unprofessional. My fiance and I have emailed/texted/called several times about the move date, interview notes etc. Gave all the details and nothing was resolved. There is virtually no awareness of tenant information or requests. She almost seems to have no idea what her role should be. The biggest sign of unprofessionalism and insecurity she has is an unpleasant attitude as we reiterate all the essentials for the third (!), third possible time. In turn, we hang onto ourselves with an aggressive/emotional attitude. If you are not willing or able to do this work, don't let your poor performance ruin all the other good parts of this property.
I moved here some time ago and I love staying here. Jason, our property manager, was very helpful during my move in and continues to help me in any way he can. Super always arrives on time if something breaks. The building is always clean and smells good. I would recommend Pinnacle to anyone looking to relocate to Fort Lee. Its location overlooking the Hudson, GWB and Manhattan skyline is unbeatable.
